Michael Jackson

Michael Joseph Jackson (August 29, 1958 to June 25, 2009) is an American artist, dancer, singer, songwriter, and philanthropist. Considered the king of pop Michael Jackson is recognized as the most successful show of all time by the Guinness World Records. His contribution to music, dance and fashion, along the life much more personal publicity, making it a world leader inpopular culture for over four decades. Eighth child of the Jackson family, he debuted on the professional music scene with his brothers as a member of The Jackson 5 in the mid-1960s, and began his solo career in 1971. 
In the early 1980s, Jackson became a dominant figure in the music inpopular. Clips of his songs, including "Beat It" "Billie Jean" and "Thriller" has been credited to the evolution of media in an art form and a promotional tool, and the popularity of this video contributed to the relatively new television channel MTVto glory. Videos such as "Black or White" and "Scream" made staple on MTV in the 1990s. With stage performances and music videos, Jackson popularized a number of dance techniques, such as robots and themoonwalk. his distinctive vocal and musical style influenced many hip-hop, pop, contemporary R & B and rock artists. 
1982 album Thriller by Michael Jackson is the best selling album of all time. His other records, including Off the Wall (1979), Bad (1987), Dangerous (1991) and History (1995), is also among the best sellers in the world. Jackson is one of the few artists have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice. He was also inducted into the Hall of Fame dance as a dancer (and currently only), first from the worlds of pop and rock 'n' roll. Some other achievements include multiple Guinness World Records, 13 Grammy Awards (and a Grammy Legend and the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award), 26 American Music Awards (more than any other artist, including "Artist of the Century"), 13 singles number one American States in a solo career (more than any other male artist in the Hot 100 era), and estimated sales of more than 750 million albums worldwide. Jackson has won hundreds of awards, which have made him one of the most awarded artists in recording history of music. There is also a renowned philanthropist and humanitarian, and improve hundreds of millions of dollars donated to the cause of return and supports over 39 charities.

In 1993 he was accused of sexual abuse of children, but the case was settled out of court and there is no formal charge was made. In 2005 he was tried and acquitted of further sexual abuse allegations, and several other charges after a jury decided he was not guilty on all important. In preparing for its concert series This Is It, Michael Jackson died June 25, 2009, after suffering a heart attack. Before his death, Jackson was given drugs like aspropofol and lorazepam. Los Angeles County coroner declared his death a murder, and his personal physician has pleaded not guilty to charges of intentional murder. Michael Jackson's death has triggered a global outpouring of grief, and as a billion people worldwide have reported witnessing a memorial service on television live. In March 2010, Sony Music Entertainmentsigned a 250 million dollar deal with the real Jackson to retain the rights to distribute recordings until 2017, and to release seven posthumous albums during the decade after his death. His first posthumous album of new material, simply called Michael, was published on December 14, 2010.
