The Beach Boys

The Beach Boys are American rock band formed in 1961 in Hawthorne, California. This group originally consisted of brothers Brian, Dennis and Carl Wilson, their cousin Mike Love and friend Al Jardine. Managed by the father of the Wilsons' Murry, The Beach Boys have signed a contract with Capitol Records in 1962. early music group is gaining popularity across the United States to close vocal harmonies and lyrics reflecting the youth culture of Southern California surfing, cars, and romance. In the mid 1960s, Brian Wilson's growing creative ambitions and songwriting ability to dominate the musical direction of the group.
